Your Role:

Customer Engagement: Conduct in-home sales presentations to educate potential clients about our solar solutions and address their needs.
Sales Mastery: Leverage your negotiation skills to close deals effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication: Maintain open communication with customers throughout the installation process to provide exceptional support.
Team Collaboration: Attend company meetings, contribute to team initiatives, and share customer insights.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience.
People Person: Enjoy interacting with customers and building strong relationships.
Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High School Education: High school diploma or GED.
In-Home Sales: Comfortable conducting in-home sales presentations.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Self-Motivation: Driven to achieve individual goals and work independently.
