Solar Company is seeking setters for Commission-based compensation
We seek a Bilingual/English-speaking remote 30-hours-a-week, commission-only appointment setters. Goals are five appointments a week for 90 days to build your pipeline. Then, the goal is to make 10 appointments a week.
With our commission structure, the potential earnings are substantial. You'll earn $600 the following Friday for each closed appointment and an additional balance of that close 23-30 days later when the installation is completed. REQUIRED: Must have a computer and a USB or wired headset.

Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
• Using Ready Mode CRM, your responsibilities include taking calls and speaking to customers about energy savings. You will need to explain the available programs and products that can help customers maximize their savings and schedule appointments with our energy consultants.
• Take ownership of your appointments-practice the scripts given and make IT your own.
• Be a self-starter-with utilizing your great intrapersonal and customer service skills.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM by updating lead dispositions.
• One-on-one training sessions weekly are available, and group training sessions are held every Friday after the initial training.

Qualifications
• Previous appointment setting and or phone sales/support experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Help foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community
• Self-driven, money-motivated individual who handles themselves with integrity
• A positive attitude and ability to overcome objections
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Have a sense of business ethics
