Description : Responsible for providing oversight and technical assistance to solar farm construction crews. Act as a liaison between the construction contractors performing the work and the Project Manager, to ensure that they have what they need and to answer any questions relating to the work. Support/handle the day-to-day functions of what's taking place in addition to being mindful of scope, schedule and budget. May interact with plant/facility operations on commissioning when the project nears in servicing. Although you'll be working with a small team, your influence and impact will extend widely, especially in ensuring the success of various projects. You'll have significant responsibility, working closely with project managers (PMs) to guarantee smooth project execution. Qualifications: PMI or PMP certification would be nice 10 years of experience Required to have proficiency with MS office. Experience with the scheduling side of Primavera (P6) nice to have. Strong Safety Background: A solid understanding of safety protocols and practices is essential, especially within the construction management field. Experience in Renewable Energy Construction Management: At least 10 years of experience in managing construction projects in the renewables sector, particularly in wind, battery, and preferably solar energy projects. Leadership and Communication Skills: The ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly with both contractors and project managers is crucial for ensuring project success. Team-Oriented Mindset: A strong team culture is emphasized, requiring candidates to collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive working environment. Valid Driver's License: Since this position involves on-site work, a valid driver's license is necessary for travel between project locations.
