As Regional Site Manager you will work in the field traveling to several utility scale solar sites.

Activities Key Responsibilities: - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Enforce TotalEnergies' HSE policies and ensure all third parties comply with our standards.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administrative activities for multiple large-scale solar and BESS generation sites in the Houston region.
- Team Supervision: Manage and support O&M contractors and equipment vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and best industry practices.
- Technical Support: Assist with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and operations to ensure maximum safety and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive relationships with landowners, suppliers, customers, vendors, service providers, governmental authorities, and contractors.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the development of internal operating policies, standards, and procedures.

Regional Solar Site Field Lead to join our team. This exciting role involves managing our utility-scale solar farms in the Dallas, Texas area ensuring optimal performance, and supporting our mission to lead in renewable energies.
Qualifications: - Education: Undergraduate degree in engineering or a technical diploma/high school diploma with five (5) years of related industry experience.
- Experience:
- At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in solar O&M.
- At least ten (10) years of operations and maintenance experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HV substation equipment and solar power generating technologies.
- Familiarity with LOTO procedures and Electrical Safe Work practices.
- NFPA 70E QEW for LV and HV is a plus.
- Experience with SEL, GE protection relays, and RTAC is a plus.
- Certifications in Sungrow, SMA, and SiemensGamesa inverters are a plus.
- Experience in energy storage and wind renewable energy is a plus.
- Skills:
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to lead efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with a knack for clear and effective project planning and executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CMMS tools (SAP PM) is a plus.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to be fully on-site and rotate between sites in the Houston area.
- US work permit and a valid U.S. driver's license.
