Systems Stress Engineer located onsite in
Long Beach, CA.As a
Systems Stress Engineer you will:
- Stress Analysis - Perform analysis of systems supports and routings using hand analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and other advanced techniques. You will identify and analyze potential failure modes and recommend design improvements.
- Documentation - You will generate, review and/or approve engineering analysis and strength check notes and compliance documentation.
- Requirements Management - You will work cross-functionally to ensure systems routings and support designs meet all system and aircraft-level requirements.
- Schedule Management - You will work with technical experts to build and execute product development schedule, ensuring that all program and system level milestones are attained.

This is a
full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
On-site in Long Beach CAIdeal candidate will have: - Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- 5 years' experience in systems stress analysis.
- Experience with software tools such as FEMAP, Siemens NX, and Abaqus preferred.
- Familiarity with both static and vibration analysis.
Salary Range: 125,000 - $150,000 per year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
