In this role, you will lead our North America Insights team. The team is tasked with providing business critical information using analytics, customer surveys, and broader industry data. Reporting through the North America Business Planning Org, this team's primary focus is to uncover and champion improvements within our consumer-facing automotive business.
You will be responsible for leading a small team of analysts in creating solutions to complex, ambiguous, and highly visible business issues. Specifically focused on Customer Insights, Competitive Analysis, and Market Growth - you will work closely with our most senior Sales, Delivery and Service leadership, and other cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions. Success will be measured by the impact you have on shaping the growth and customer experience in this highly fast-paced and dynamic environment.
