A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this position, key accountabilities include safety leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance. You'll use your skills and experience to perform scheduled service, fault analysis/troubleshooting, and potential main component, or blade work on wind turbines. During a typical day, you will work at heights and in confined spaces, while being exposed to the elements of weather. At this site in Eastbrook, ME you will typically work 5 days a week and 8-10 hours a day and you will be responsible to arrange on-Call coverage on the weekends. The position may require up to 25% travel per year. This site is located in the heart of nature itself; you will enjoy gorgeous views and unlimited outdoor recreational activities.

• You will need a safety-focused mindset to ensure compliance and optimal safety results leading a team that demonstrates safe behaviors
• Your positive attitude will contribute to your ability to develop a culture of engagement, excellence, and continuous improvement at the site
• You will be engaged in technical problem solving, handle the site budget, promote operational efficiency, and manage customer accounts and service contracts.
• You will bring an associate degree or equivalent and experience and knowledge of wind turbines and power plant operations. Will consider 3-5yrs of similar industry or technology such as hydraulic, rotating heavy equipment service and maintenance.
