Solar Company is seeking English/Bilingual Experienced Appointment Setters.
You decide how much you want to make weekly. Our commission structure offers substantial earning potential. For every closed appointment, you will earn $600 the following Friday, with an additional balance paid 23-30 days after the installation. Responsibilities
In Ready Mode CRM, your responsibilities include cold calling and speaking to customers about energy savings. You must explain the available programs and products to help customers maximize their savings and schedule appointments with our energy consultants.
• Take ownership of your appointments: practice the given scripts and make them your own.
• Be a self-starter: utilize your great interpersonal and customer service skills.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM by updating lead dispositions.
• Weekly one-on-one training sessions are available, and group training sessions are held every Friday after the initial training.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in appointment setting and/or cold calling for phone sales is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community.

• A positive attitude and the ability to overcome objections are essential.
