The client is an established developer of a variety of assets across solar, wind, storage, and natural gas. They have strong financial backing and is led by a team of seasoned renewables veterans. They're looking for a Sr Manager of Finance to report to the VP. This role will be instrumental in the financial structuring utility scale solar and storage assets. Responsibilities: Lead financial modeling and analysis for renewable energy projects Spearhead debt financing initiatives and capital raising efforts Collaborate across departments to develop innovative financing solutions Mentor and manage a team of analysts, overseeing workflow and project pipelines Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on all aspects of project development Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred 5-7 years of experience in project finance, M&A, or related fields Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, especially for renewable energy projects Strong knowledge of debt structures, tax equity, and PPA/hedge modeling Familiarity with ISO/RTO energy markets Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills This role is hybrid and based in Boston, MA office.
