Responsibilities Collaborating with marketing manager to develop influencer marketing strategies and implement the campaigns; Identify the best external partners, mainly DPs, filmmakers, social media influencers and content creators, according to different marketing needs, negotiate and manage contractual commitments, implement an effective measurement to assess achievement of goals, build and maintain proactive and positive relationship with external partners; Proactively seek and develop new integration opportunities in film/TV/commercial project in videography and filmmaking industry; Activate partners to contribute to DJI's product launch campaigns and content creation projects, speak at DJI events, beta test and provide feedback on new products; Manage video and photo content delivered by partners from sourcing to approval to publishing to storing within DJI's content library; Coordinate with cross functional teams and brand partners to distribute DJI content and increase impact; Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users in North America; Disclaimer: This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; and nothing in this herein restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in marketing, in depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels, familiar with videography/filmmaking/photography industries; Ability to manage and build relationships with DJI’s existing and prospective partners (filmmakers, influencers, and content creators); Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; Strong analytical skills, high business acumen, and self-driven; Successful candidates will demonstrate a high degree of tenacity; Preferred Experience executing influencer sponsorships at scale, cross-team coordination and/or project management; Established relationships with filmmakers, social media influencers, and content creators; Passionate about videography/filmmaking/photography/camera industry/drone technology; Profound knowledge of North American social media and creative landscape; Familiar with video post-production.
