Regular travel throughout the New England region is essential for fostering relationships and driving business growth. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to foster customer loyalty and generate referrals. Oversee the customer order process from Job Order to Placement, ensuring a seamless experience. Address and resolve customer requests and complaints, turning challenges into growth opportunities. Guide and mentor the team, promoting engagement with our online portal. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and make necessary adjustments to exceed expectations. Inspire and elevate the performance of the team through coaching and motivation. Identify and implement training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer experience. Travel through the territory each week to meet with clients and prospects in person. Experience/Skills Required: Proven sales leader with a passion for mentorship, coaching, and relationship building. 2 years of sales experience. 5 years of B2B sales experience. 3 years of staffing industry experience. Familiarity with companies in the construction, maritime, and renewable energy industries. Experience analyzing sales reports, CRM data, and business trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Consultative selling experience and strong drive for results. Proficiency with ATS & CRM tools, Microsoft Office 365, and LinkedIn.
