Reports to: Energy Area Managers
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Performs and works with Energy Sales Team on product delivery in a timely manner to locations throughout WVSC. Works with maintaining inventory of product in the Warehouse to distribute to all locations. Billing of all Energy Department service work orders.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work closely with service men to determine efficiency and new tools to help them complete jobs.
Perform monthly and annual inventory duties
Responsible but not limited to deliveries of all package goods, petroleum equipment, LP products, oil and DEF.
Effectively sending delivery truck with full load when leaving Grayville to satellite plants.
Deliver Bulk Oil, and Bulk DEF product to customers
Responsible for insuring the return of all totes or drums back to Grayville for repacking purposes. Keeping a list of what has gone out and what comes back. Maintaining a number system on the totes to track what location they are at.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and utilize software related to the job including, but not limited to Agvance, Tankspotter, EResource, etc...
Billing of service invoices from Service Techs whether off written invoice or Tankspotter
Maintain pricing of items in Tankspotter for correct billing cost of goods monthly
Work with vendors on pricing of LP equipment for the average pricing in Tankspotter and Agvance
Repackaging of oils in barrels, buckets, and totes. Repackaging of DEF in totes
Maintain the appearance of the department company vehicles and equipment assigned to the energy warehouse department, and perform basic maintenance as needed
Develop procedures for keeping warehouse orderly, clean, and safe
Work on implementing a weekly route of deliveries to plants
Utilizes technology and Microsoft Office programs to enhance business processes
Provide overall operational support to energy department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated reasoning ability to solve practical problems and handle customer inquiries and concerns as well as possess a mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat, Tanker and Air Brake endorsements and maintain a satisfactory driving record
Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must be willing to work hours beyond those considered "normal" to meet seasonal demand.
Must be able to work in extreme weather and dusty conditions.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
Be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds.
Candidate must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, must also have the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Provides highest level of customer service to all customers.
Responsible for adherence to all company and government safety and regulatory policies
