- Strong understanding of sustainability certifications, standards, and regulatory requirements and how they affect the fresh produce industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Additional InfoWhat you will need:- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability program management within the fresh produce industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sustainability initiatives and projects.
- Able to work in the field and travel as needed, with occasional overnight stays.
- Driver's License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
BenefitsTotal Rewards: $90,000-$110,000 / YEAR - Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
