We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a focus on renewals to manage and optimize our contract renewal process. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS contracts, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of successful contract management. Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with our customer success, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth renewal operations and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Contract Renewal Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for all SaaS contracts.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize renewal rates and revenue growth.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the renewal phase.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, negotiate terms to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients with client procurement to ensure efficient processing of renewals and expansion opportunities.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with customer success and finance teams to streamline the renewal process and address any contractual or financial concerns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the renewal process and enhance client experience.
- Coordinate with the customer success team to understand client needs and tailor renewal offers accordingly.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all renewal contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
- Generate regular reports on renewal performance, including metrics on renewal rates, revenue, and client feedback.
- Ensure all contract documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage contract compliance to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
What you need to succeed:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.
- Prior experience in an organization without internal legal counsel.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in contract management in SaaS renewals.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and CRM tools.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $165,000 OTE depending on geographic location and level of experience.
