NOVA Engineering and Environmental is seeking
Staff Environmental Engineer / Geologist / Scientist for our
Pensacola, FL office. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic and grow our environmental service line.
Duties:- Perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) Perform Site Assessments and Groundwater/Water Quality Monitoring in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection regulatory guidance.
Requirements:- BS Degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental engineering/consulting or equivalent
- Experience with Phase I/II ESAs, Contamination Assessment/Remediation Services, and/or Indoor Air Quality/Industrial Hygiene Services preferred
- Will be required to spend half of their time in the field, the other half in office preparing reports and proposals, and some travel will be required
- Experience with review of due diligence reports
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
