Date Revised:Position SummarySupports all aspects of Conco sales, specifically within our Chem-Clean Services and Rentals Division. This position works directly with the Senior Account Managers, Inside Sales, and Customers. This position is responsible to facilitate our client requests for quotes, processing of orders, procedures, marked drawings, and reporting.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Produce detailed engineered job estimates/proposals per the direction of the Chem-Clean Services Director.
- Work with third parties to gather cost to support quote generation.
- Enter customer and job-related data into NetSuite CRM software systems.
- Maintain Tracking and SME related items request document.
- Communicate daily with Senior Account Manager's and Inside Sales
- Provide account management support to Sales team, customers, operations, and internal department.
- Job Reporting.
- Estimate lubrication-based jobs for manpower, equipment, materials, and timeframe.
- Ability to write lube oil service procedures, including marking flow path on PIDs.
- Work with vendors to gather pricing for input into quotes.
- Additional duties to support Conco Services as required.
Skills- Exceptional attention to detail; ability to multi-task and ability to enter data accurately into databases.
- Microsoft Office and NetSuite CRM software systems.
- Administrative and clerical procedures such as filing and records management.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently while maintaining the ability to be a team player.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish constructive and cooperative working relationships with others

Experience & Education- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) and 5+ years Project management in field Chemical Cleaning services, Engineering degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on MS Office and NetSuite CRM software.
- Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Must be authorized to work within the United States.
Physical Requirements- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent hand to finger, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing.
- Physically submit to periodic drug, background and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon favorable results)
- Ability to travel to customer sites to review Job Scopes as required. (up to 25% travel)
