JOB TITLE:
Hourly Pooled - Recycling Crew Position
JOB PURPOSE:
To aid the Recycling Department in sorting collected materials accordingly. Occasionally help with certain call outs on a needed basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help sort out paper, cardboard, bottles and cans. Clean the Recycling warehouse if needed.
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
Give aid to moving services on a case by case basis.
COMPETENCIES:
Detailed oriented
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Knowledge in sorting recycling.
Basic cleaning skills (mopping, vacuuming, and dusting)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Basic Computer skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Recycling Program and how to sort out different kinds of materials.
Team work skills to help get sorting done
