Job SummaryUnder the direct supervision of Director and Assistant Director of Environmental Services, the Manager inspects the assigned areas ensuring compliance with the established cleaning standards. Determines cleaning effectiveness by staff and assesses the need for special cleaning. Reports items in need of repair or unsatisfactory condition. Demonstrates ability to interview, hire, schedule, assign work to and evaluate the work performance of employees supervised. Prepares productivity reports, monitors/maintains all work scheduling of E.S. aides and supervisors. Completes quality control inspections. Completes employee performance evaluations in a timely manner. Linen responsibilities include collecting and interacting with linen process. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS- High School diploma or G.E.D. 2 -4 years of experience in institutional/hospitality setting. 2 years of supervision.
