Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all environmental regulations, including air, water, and waste management
Environmental Audits: Conduct regular environmental audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
Team Leadership: Manage the EHS team, including hiring, training, and performance management

Position Requirements:

Knowledgeable in Federal and California state laws and regulations
Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent time management skills and accountability
Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing with direct oversight of EHS-related fields
