In this role, you will lead a variety of local and national projects across multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and adaptive reuse sectors, while managing a talented team of designers in both locations. Strong communication skills are essential. Responsibilities include overseeing project teams, driving marketing and business development efforts, and ensuring the success, backlog, and financial performance of the studio. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of project management experience, coupled with exceptional creativity and leadership abilities. A deep understanding of building technology and structures, along with excellent communication and client engagement skills, is essential. Required qualifications include strong problem-solving abilities, a professional degree in architecture, and an active architectural license.
