Description

Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and address any issues that arise.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.
Lead regular project meetings, providing updates and progress reports to stakeholders and executive management.
Utilize project management software to track milestones, resources, and project performance metrics.

Profile

The ideal candidate has:

A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within healthcare construction.
A solid understanding of healthcare compliance requirements and construction best practices.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
PMP certification or similar project management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
