Job Description
The Water Project Team Leader arrives at homes and businesses whenever a water emergency breaks out. You may get calls late at night or on weekends. When we do, we respond promptly, assess the damage, determine the cause and set up equipment to begin the drying process. Knowledge of air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers is essential to doing the job right. Our formula works because we hire great people. Is that you?
Ideal Candidates
Great attitude and a willingness to learn
Physical fitness, job requires moving equipment, climbing ladders and basic demolition
Working knowledge of residential and commercial structures
Mechanical aptitude to operate, clean and maintain equipment
Team player
Professional appearance and demeanor
Good driving record and clean background
Qualifications
Education/experience: High school diploma or equivalent, some college/college degree preferred
Construction experience preferred
IICRC/Restoration experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally.
