Position Overview The Land Coordinator will provide technical and clerical administrative support to the Land and Legal Departments. This candidate should be able to communicate well and be comfortable with handling multiple requests professionally. The ideal candidate will have strong land, title and data analytical skills as well as a great attention to detail. This individual will be able to understand the Company's land focus for each project area and assist the Land Director by working with common land functions. General Responsibilities Prepare and review of land contract exhibits, specifically option and lease agreements, crossing agreements, encroachment permits and surface waivers Assist Land Director and Legal Department with title review and title curative matters, including document preparation Assist in maintaining land contracts, including acreage, internal notifications and expirations tracking Other duties as assigned Skill Requirements 4-year degree preferred 1 to 3 years' experience in land and title work, preferably in the energy or renewable energy industry Understanding and experience reviewing surface and mineral title Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Earth Pro. Excellent written and oral communication skills Detail oriented and strong organizational skills Able to work cooperatively and effectively with others to solve problems, set goals and make decisions that achieve company objectives
