As the Process Engineer, you will improve processes and achieve efficiencies across the company's key manufacturing unit. As a critical member of the manufacturing team, you will troubleshoot processes, develop documentation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Description

Reporting directly into the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring efficient, effective, and safe manufacture of product
Improve manufacturing processes
Support product and process commercialization
Develop continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation
Identify downtime causes and suggest solutions
Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Quality

Profile

Degree in Engineering discipline or Chemical Engineering
3+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment
Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
Knowledge of heat transfer, fluid flow, pumping, piping, instrumentation
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment
