Come join our collaborative, people-focused, and innovative workplace as we embark upon this unique and exciting journey Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production System Account Specialist to join our team at Illuminate USA's new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will manage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) user accounts, define system roles and responsibilities, and maintain operational manuals. As the primary point of contact for the IT team, you will monitor MES data, report abnormalities, and collaborate with Data Analysts and IT to resolve production-related discrepancies while ensuring smooth system operations through effective training and account management. Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for the IT team, managing ERP/MES user accounts and defining roles and responsibilities for various system levels. Create, maintain, and update operation manuals for different user levels, providing training to ERP/MES users, as necessary. Monitor MES data, report abnormalities, and collaborate with Data Analysts and IT teams to resolve production-related discrepancies. Track and monitor user account activity, coordinating with the IT team to address any unusual account activity or access issues. Qualifications: 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with MES/ERP systems. Strong computer skills and technical proficiency in system management. Previous experience in managing ERP/MES systems is preferred. An associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
