Job Summary The Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative will develop relationships, perform technical presentations and generate sales from Supply Houses, MRO Accounts, Processing Plants, OEM's, Skid Manufacturers and Corporate offices across the VSI (DBA Logic Plunger Lift) footprint. Geographic footprint includes Ohio, West PA & West Virginia in the Marcellus Shale Play. Core Duties & Responsibilities Manage an assigned sales geography Work with executive management to develop annual revenue goals, KPI's and targets Develop & perform technical presentations to engineers or appropriate decision makers Approachable and comfortable engaging in sales activities Strong desire to be recognized as an industry expert in VSI offered products as well as competitors brands Performs other related duties and projects as assigned Desired Skills Technical knowledge of Logic Controls, Regulators, Control Valves and Service Technical knowledge of all types of automation Familiar with Norriseal Wellmark products Understands sizing, selection and applications engineering of all above valve & automation products Works with executive management, product management and sales representatives Understanding and familiarity of industry governing agencies such as ASME, National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors, API, ATEX, FM, CSA, PED and others Excellent negotiation skills Qualifications & Requirements BS Degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution or similar field or 7 years of Engineered Product Sales experience.
