At WK Kellogg, safety is a value! In this role as a key member of the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team, you will be a ccountable for supporting EHS Technical Workstreams to include measurement of execution of existing regulatory programs and processes. This role will focus on reduction of Environmental Health Safety and Security incidents as well as NRC/Sustainability performance improvements.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Champion NRC/Sustainability - Support EHS function with heavy focus on Safety and Sustainability metrics: Creating new accounts, unlocking data, creating/updating new metrics, etc.
- Owner of EHS Data Management System - Creating Dashboards; Regulatory reporting (OSHA/BLS); troubleshooting data errors and external sustainability data reporting
- Contribute To & Support Training - Creating/Updating Training materials; Train sites on EHS data analysis (EHS and Sustainability data)
- Flexibility - Perform other tasks to meet business needs including maintaining the budget for the EHS function.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years EHS Experience in a Manufacturing or Corporate Environment or e quivalent experience in a Manufacturing or Corporate Environment will also be considered.
