Your Role
The Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience team of approximately 2,500 employees delivers operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformative evolution that provides members, providers, and partners with quality outcomes and sustainable affordability. The Strategic Planning and Performance, Principal will report to the Strategic Planning and Performance Senior Director. In this role you will provide thought leadership and active day-to-day support of organizational and communication demands of the Transformation, Operations, and Customer Experience team inclusive of supporting the SVP with amplifying key enterprise messages, organizational announcements, promoting accomplishments, and sharing stakeholder voices and experiences.
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Draft and distribute monthly newsletter publication to internal team of about 2,500 people
- Manage and facilitate All-Hands meetings for our 2,500 person team
- Bring a "walk the floor" dynamic to the hybrid environment through coordination of on-site Road Shows with leadership
- Recognize employee and team contributions through publication of monthly spotlights and coordination of Employee Appreciation Week
- Create and manage focus groups, listening sessions, and feedback loops between leadership and all levels of employees
- Create and manage pulse check surveys with leadership across the enterprise
- Actively participate in Change Management, including defining new operating models and driving communications
- Manage onboarding process for new leadership within our team as well as introducing our team to new Senior Leaders within the enterprise
- Manage Board of Directors presentations and demonstrations
- Identify and coordinate speaking and participation opportunities across the organization including Employee Resource Groups, Know the Score, and all-company Town Halls.
- Promote branding, organizational excellence, strategy, and execution on the team's internal Shield Central SharePoint page
- Partner with Internal Communications and/or external vendors to produce video shorts to amplify wins and other key messaging
- Identify and manage opportunities for Executive visibility including industry awards, LinkedIn messaging, and speaking events at conferences
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to provide quality reporting at a level appropriate for Senior Leadership and Board of Directors
- Requires ability to apply critical thinking to strategic plan and to influence and gain alignment cross-functionally within our team and across the enterprise
- Requires excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Strong attention to detail
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $ 145970.00 to $ 218900.00 for California.
