The Job:

As a Environmental Health and Safety Regional Manager, you'll be part of our Environmental Health & Safety team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to:

Partner with respective plants, labs, design centers and distribution center leaders on a regular basis.
You will complete compliance assurance and review, including internal and external audits.
Report out to leadership any incidents, performance issues or concerns.
Help create an Environmental Health and Safety Management system roadmap.
Complete a monthly data integrity review for all sites in the Northeast.
Compete Incident investigation and 4-Block review for any recent incidents.
You'll be responsible for talent development and retention.
Support sites in achieving Zero Waste to Landfill, energy and water conservation, preparation for internal audits.
Present EHS updates and new programs for plants, labs, design centers, distribution center leaders, and designated staff, including the effectiveness of your site EHS counsel.
Support specialty projects, programs and initiatives as assigned.
This position reports directly to the Regional Director, in a hybrid model, flexibility is required to respond to emergencies, ability to travel at least 30-40% in North America.

The Person:

4+ years of relevant experience in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, preferably at a global diversified company.
A bachelor's degree in EHS management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or closely related technical discipline.
An EHS Certification e.g., CHMM, CSP, is preferred.
