Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience and demonstrable proficiency conducting wetlands analysis, permitting, and compliance activities
Experience with California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) 1602 Streambed regulations, Clean Water Act 401 certifications, and Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) Nationwide permits and/or 404 Individual permits, and CEQA and NEPA document preparation.
Experience negotiating and working directly with different regulatory agencies
4-year degree in biology, natural resources, or related field
Familiarity with wetland indicators and state/federal permitting requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters degree in biology, natural resources or related field
Certified Wetlands Delineator
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
