Advanced use of Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel Effective communication & negotiation skills to successfully achieve debt collections. Strong focus on customer service and a proactive approach to managing manual processes and a dedication to maintaining financial accuracy. About the Role Identify and evaluate opportunities for performance improvement. Establish criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high level of quality, productivity, and service. Management of reconciliation of daily cash flows from bank statement to the control account. Assist in analysis of financial data for the purposes of: Identifying debtor problems to recommend and implement effective solutions to credit control; Preparation of reports with commentary for management Manage the debt collection process. Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly accounts functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Apply accounts specific policies and procedures. Assist the Formal Leader with the following: Provide technical support to staff. Mentoring and training of staff including process implementation and control; Smooth operation of accounts related activities Billing customer electricity network access charges and related processing activities to support the collection of monthly revenue.
