The manager of Environmental Services oversees a department of approximately 36 staff, with the assistance of 1 evening shift supervisor. Regular office hours are 7a-4p, M-F. Manager may have to respond to calls after hours and on weekends, as staff cover all 3 shifts, weekends and holidays.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum: High School Graduate or equivalent
Preferred: Associates Degree or higher
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: 1-2 years of Management experience or at least 5 years Environmental Services experience.
Preferred: At least 2 years of Management experience in healthcare or hotel industry.

2. Ability to coach, counsel, evaluate, and provide feedback to staff

4. Ability to ensure services are performed in a manner that does not adversely impact the safety of customers & co-workers
