General Duties:- Checks pallet quality all day every day
- Ensures employees are where they need to be all day
- Ensures employees are doing what they need to do every day
- Communicates directly with Plant Manager
- Helps wherever needed
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:- Frequent lifting and bending.
- Ability of standing and walk for extended periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:- The work environment consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.
- Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection is provided).
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving forklifts.
WORK SCHEDULE:- Monday - Friday 7am until at least 5pm sometimes later, sometimes earlier
- Some Saturday work may be required
