Would you be a great Aquatic Recruiter/Trainer?
To thrive as a Full-Time Aquatic Recruiter/Trainer with the YMCA of Greater Toledo, you'll need a blend of skills that make you the perfect aquatic ambassador! A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of experience, will set you up for success. Your lifeguard and additional aquatic certifications are essential, showcasing your expertise and commitment to safety. We're looking for a leader with a positive history of guiding others-after all, you'll be nurturing the next generation of aquatic stars! You'll also need to be able to drive to multiple branches of the Y.
Proficiency in software tools for documentation and training is also key, ensuring you can manage the behind-the-scenes elements effortlessly.
