Job Description:Summary: The Solar Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all service work for our service and maintenance department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Culture and Values Cultivation: Works to nurture the created culture of success, and the execution of a purpose-driven and values based organizational culture. Executes the clear vision set forth and is accountable for the results of your work in adherence to policy and processes.
2. Customer Service: Serves as the first point of contact for all customers who are inquiring about service and maintenance. Enters service tickets, provides rate sheets, troubleshoots, and provides service quotes for customers. Provides both internal and external customer service while working with vendors, customers, and internal team members to service our customers in the best possible way.
3. Scheduling: Creates weekly schedule for service and maintenance work and coordinates with the customer and the service technicians the schedules and ensures all parts are ordered and prepared for successful service.
4. Software: Maintains customers in the ERP software, which includes, but not limited to invoicing and setting the customer up in the system along with all required phase codes. Using technical sites to monitor customer's solar systems and works with our warranty provider to communicate through their portal.

Education/Experience: - Must have a passion to work for a fast-growing, world-changing, mission-driven company that deliveries exceptional service.
- Proven customer service experience that includes experience operating and answering a company phone system.
- Experience working with an ERP system, preferred.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal must be outstanding, and deliver constant quality and service both internally and externally.
- Experience with renewable energy products, process, and programs, or a willingness to learn.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Window operating systems, along with the ability to quickly learn new software and accompanying software tools.
