Position Overview: As a Construction Program Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Leveraging our company's extensive experience and partnerships, you will lead multifaceted teams in delivering innovative solutions to federal clients and contracting partners. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and a strong commitment to excellence in construction project management. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in line with client specifications, budgetary constraints, and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor self-performing and turnkey teams, fostering collaboration and maximizing efficiency throughout project lifecycles. Quality Assurance: I mplement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and client satisfaction. Safety Compliance: Uphold a culture of safety excellence, enforcing adherence to OSHA regulations, maintaining a .74 EMR rating and promoting continuous improvement in safety protocols. Sustainability Integration: Champion LEED and green building practices, integrating renewable energy and resiliency solutions into construction projects wherever feasible. Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with federal clients and contracting partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment of project objectives with organizational goals. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities, optimizing cost-efficiency and maximizing project profitability. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success. Compliance and Certification: Ensure compliance with SBA 8(a) regulations, contractual obligations, and industry standards, facilitating the attainment of necessary certifications and accreditations. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery and organizational effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in federal contracting environments. PMP or similar certification highly desirable. Strong knowledge of federal construction regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Experience working with federal contracts.
