Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows to enhance functionality and user experience. Create and manage reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Provide training and support to users on Salesforce best practices and functionalities. Work closely with different departments to gather requirements and implement optimal Salesforce solutions. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce applications. Stay current with Salesforce updates and features to recommend improvements and new functionalities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and best practices for data management. Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and automating processes within Salesforce. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
