The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and creating custom content in relation to campaign execution for NBS and its associated brands to scale in their respective markets. This position creates product messaging and inbound marketing strategies for a specific set of NBS products through a variety of marketing channels. The Content Marketing Manager works closely with the Demand Generation Managers, Creative Team, and Directors of Marketing on key strategies, develops relationships with other internal leaders and stakeholders, and works collaboratively with the Product and Sales teams to drive growth in key markets and verticals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Design content marketing strategies and collaborate with demand-gen marketing managers on goals. Develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets. Partner with Demand Gen Marketing Managers to define the go-to-market process, including cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project execution. Collaborate with Design and Writing Teams to produce high quality marketing content and sales enablement materials. Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members. Edit, proofread, and improve content. Analyze web traffic metrics to enhance company websites and landing pages. Engage as a subject matter expert, across the business, on customer sentiment, buying criteria, and retention drivers for assigned focus area. Work closely with Demand Generation and Creative Teams to optimize digital channels for paid and SEO strategies. Manage product positioning and brand assets. Present to stakeholders (both external and internal) regarding brand products or industry trends, as needed. Salary Range - $68,000 - $78,000 EDUCATION : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred). EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 3 years B2B marketing experience or equivalent (Content Marketing preferred). Minimum 2 experience in a creative marketing position, preferably with a writing background. Preferred experience leveraging a marketing tech stack, e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Wordpress, or the equivalent preferred.
