The Company's initial success will depend on the ability to research, document and promote renewable energy projects within the scheduled time frame and within available financial resources. The summer financial intern will assist Sigma Capital in organizing and refining its technical and commercial database pertaining to energy projects. JOB SUMMARY: Compile and analyze project finance investors, lendors and REITs. Contact potential sources and determine project finance investment parameters. - Assure accurate and safe record-keeping of project financial information, contacts, analyses, communications and correspondence.q Assist and/or write project teasers. I. DESIRED PRE-REQUISITES BS/MS/Ph.D. engineering or finance degree Experience an analyst financial role with a corporation, investment bank, investor or lender. Knowledgeable of the technologies and companies in the energy industry sector. Highest level of integrity, professionalism and judgment required Excellent communication, writing, negotiation and financial analysis skills, computer and spreadsheet modeling proficiency. Literate computer and online research skills "Burning Desire" to save the planet General knowledge of climate-related topics desired but not essential if eager to dive in and learn.
