Description
- Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key project team members to promote collaboration and project success.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the timely procurement of materials and resources.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations from the plan.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and present project updates to executive leadership and clients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree Preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Verifiable track record as a successful Project Executive
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and financial management tools.
- Knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Experience building in South Florida
- Strong network of Subcontractors and Inspectors
