Description
- Manage all phases of large-scale multifamily construction projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and scopes, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of two Assistant Project Managers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize estimating skills to assist in project budgeting and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Engage in community outreach efforts aligned with the company's commitment to sustainable development and job creation.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in managing large, complex multifamily projects.
- Strong experience with post-tension concrete and familiarity with parking garage construction.
- Experience in project estimating is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Commutable to the Boston area and willing to engage in community-focused initiatives.
