Second Shift Hours - 11a-7pm
What's the position?
We're hiring for an Industrial Production Maintenance Tech. In short, you'll be solving problems - mechanical ones. Along with other members of your team, you'll be partnering with our engineering teams to make sure our automated equipment works at the highest levels so we can keep the supply chain moving.

Knowledge and skills in:
Electrical systems including PLCs (no troubleshooting, just understanding of control systems)
Chain drive systems (chains, sprockets, and pusher chains)
Hydraulic systems (air cylinders, control valves, rebuilding small cylinders)
Motors and drives between 1-30HP
Phase 3 power
Lock Out/Tag Out requirements
Ability to:
Communicate serious or potential downtime issues to managers
Make practical decisions without advanced direction or preparation
Responsibilities
The action:
Work shift coverage with advanced repair skills on all production equipment
Troubleshoot all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and operation issues
Work with other maintenance, process and production personnel as necessary or directed in problem solving of equipment and production issues
Work with production and maintenance to improve systems and equipment
The accountability:
Wear all required PPE and maintain proper attire
Work safely and abide by plant safety rules. (We are a Zero Harm workplace).
Keep good housekeeping and be a good steward of the plant
Report any unsafe conditions
Maintain a working knowledge of all plant utilities systems
Document all assigned reports and maintenance work orders for work you perform

Base pay range $28 - $35 hourly
Salary ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
