Purpose: The EHS Coordinator will be part of our dynamic team of EHS professionals whose objective is to deliver solutions and provide support to our HCC team.The successful candidate will support the Waste Approvals team by printing, organizing, and completing data entry of various forms. This person will also support business growth by providing additional support to our Sales teams enabling drum movement flexibility as the company adds and changes TSDF approvals for waste streams. This person will support business growth by assisting with retrieving and compiling analytical results from the various labs to support the Waste Review team. This person may also support the Department by compiling data and retrieving shipping papers for various transporter reports and customer requirements and assisting in data entry into our EMS for incident investigation/tracking.
Essential Duties:
- Sort, organize, distribute, and print various requests from the waste approvals inbox for appropriate action
- Complete accurate CCMS data entry of various customer forms for waste approvals activities
- Provide customer support to our field-based sales team and customer requests as received
- Assist as needed with submittal and filing of various forms
- Shipping paper retrieval as needed
- Assist EHS staff as needed with support in various functions such as permitting, reporting, and data entry

Work Experience
- 1-2 years work experience preferred
Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations
- High School Degree minimum
Specific Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- CCMS experience a plus
- Ability to process high volumes of documents both digitally and as hard copies
Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works indoors, and may be required to sit for long periods. Individual will be required to regularly talk, hear, see and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Noise level of the environment is generally quiet. This position may require occasional travel by car or air to other HCC locations or vendors.
