Job Summary
Coordinates and tracks all Warehouse services activities for Flintco's Solar Division. Supervises Warehouse administrative processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
All duties and responsibilities include the following; however, other duties may be assigned. • Managers the receipt and orders for consumables, tools and equipment from projects, and regularly solicits rental pricing from outside equipment rentals suppliers.
• Oversees the equipment rented from outside suppliers and approves the quoted equipment rental rates from outside suppliers. Assists Estimating with equipment rental rates and pricing.
• Coordinates and tracks personnel needs and staffing requirements at remote projects.
• Assists in the purchase of new equipment and assigns and sets-up new equipment numbers in the system, and maintains master equipment files (purchase invoice copies, specifications, manuals or drawings).
• Managers the coordination of equipment moves.
• Assists in the sale of equipment and maintains a master list of equipment sold, and prepares reports as requested.
• Monitors and reviews the financial status of the EWM equipment segment and assists in quarterly and annual projections.
• Participates in the equipment evaluation process to determine buy/sell needs.
• Provides total commitment to continuous process improvement.
• Models and reinforces safety as a top priority of the organization.
• Meets schedules and deadlines, adheres to policies and procedures and maintains a good attendance/tardiness record.
• Ensures client satisfaction, both internally and externally, through efficient handling of issues. Exercises good interpersonal skills by gladly assisting others to accomplish work of the organization, even if it is outside the scope of regular duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Education
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
7 years of equipment or warehouse experience or an equivalent of education and experience. experience managing material delivery, inspection, storage and distribution. Solar-specific would be preferred but not necessary
