Description

Directs all construction activities from conception through close out.
Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.

Profile

10 - 15+ years of construction experience working for a General Contractor(s)
Ideal Project Background: $10M - $100M+ (Healthcare, Commercial, Institutional, Multi-Family)
Client Facing experience
Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
Success driven
Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors

Job Offer

Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000, dependent on experience
