Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustaining Engineer to join our design engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do: - Manufacturing (Machining, Welding, Assembly) experience required
- Engineering degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Design experience required, valve design preferred
- Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T, ASME Y14.5) expertise required
- 3D CAD expertise required, PTC Creo preferred
- 2D CAD (AutoCAD) experience preferred
- Formal Problem-Solving experience required
- Project Management experience required, certification not required
- Technical Writing experience required
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and process development
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in a regulated industry preferred
