About the Team: The Vice President, Strategy is a thought leader and strategic executor in driving the company's growth and success. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall business strategy and ensuring that data-driven insights are at the heart of all strategic decisions. The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
The Vice President, Strategy partners closely with other leaders, making sure there is alignment across key priorities of the company. They must be highly effective at organizing and planning, and able to quickly adapt as needed all while communicating clearly about decisions made and fostering alignment and confidence from the team.
What you'll do: Collaborate with the executive team to define, develop, and implement the company's overall strategic vision, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
Create and execute company-wide strategy and planning including formalizing the company's strategic-planning processes and analyzing the efficacy of existing strategies, including the maintenance of an ongoing long-range plan
Work closely with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., marketing, merchandising, operations, finance) to identify strategic opportunities and challenges, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making
Lead the executive team through discussions on strategy and help drive to decision making and alignment
Lead the preparation for quarterly Board of Directors meetings (e.g., board decks, committee materials, written investor updates, etc.)
Design and maintain operational meetings and milestones for the business, including goal setting, annual planning, and more
Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and collaboration
Identify and incubate new business opportunities, partnerships, and other growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies, ensuring the company remains competitive and forward-thinking
You are: A strategic leader with 15 or more years experience operating inside a consumer, retail, or services company. Additionally, investment banking, private equity or management consulting experience is a plus. MBA preferred
A skilled operator able to drive results through strategic development and process excellence to improve team performance. You have a roll-up-your-sleeves approach with strong executive presence and analytical rigor
Financially savvy, and focused on delivering performance that grows value for all stakeholders
A highly capable communicator who can convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. You can influence by leveraging data to tell compelling stories
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders
Able to build and nurture collaborative relationships with a wide range of partners including other leaders, board members, and employees at all levels of the company. You have high emotional intelligence and an ease in engaging with team members and leaders alike
Flexible and can thrive in a dynamic environment. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and you can work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing settings while managing multiple projects and competing priorities

Pay range: $250,000 - $325,000 annually
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
