Manages daily operations of the department responsible for providing environmental services, ensuring alignment of operations with organizational objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
1.Five (5) year of housekeeping experience with three (3) year previous supervisory duties.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Associates degree.

1. Establishes and maintains high expectations for cleanliness and ensure all job assignments are completed while conforming to standards.
2. Develops housekeeping staff through hiring, training, performance management, employee relations, and coaching.
3. Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning of the building to maintain high expectations for facility cleanliness.
4. Investigates and addresses escalated complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
5. Maintains relationships with external vendors and internal departments.

1. Must have physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, reaching and bending and operating floor equipment such as vacuum cleaners, autoscrubbers, buffers, etc.
2. Must meet Department of Labor's Heavy Duty Standard.
3. Capable of wearing appropriate PPE for an extended period of time

3. Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of assigned areas, necessary supplies and equipment
4. Must be able to read and follow written work assignments.
