My client is seeking an experienced hands-on Field Service Engineer to work their customers on commissioning of their Power Solution Devices. This individual will be an integral part of the engineering team, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer are:
- Installation and Commissioning:
- Perform on-site installations of power system products, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Conduct commissioning activities and verify system performance to meet customer specifications.
- Maintenance and Repairs:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with power system products at customer sites.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Customer Support:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns in a timely manner.
- Training:
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our power system products.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure customers are well-equipped to operate our products.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, service tickets, and customer communication.
- Provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvement based on field experiences.
Profile
The successful Field Service Engineer will have:
- Strong Electronics Experience
- Background in Electrical Control Operation
- Experience with Subsystems would be a huge plus
- Ability to travel up to 50%
