For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Secure Power Sustainability Office is looking for a Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing programs supporting strategic initiatives owned by the Sustainability Account Development Director. The Secure Power Account Development team is responsible for engaging our customers on sustainability, forming partnerships with customers to address shared challenges, and leveraging sustainability to grow our accounts. The candidate will also lead transversal programs across the wider Secure Power Strategy Team for max 15% of their scope.
Key responsibilities:- Develop/evolve internal programs to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sustainability Account Develop team.
- Build and/or evolve centralized tracking platforms and related dashboards.
- Develop methodologies & processes to track the team's performance metrics.
- Drive the systematic collection of customer insights from the team, support analysis, and define manage the dissemination across stakeholders in alignment with Customer Insights team
- Track actions and progress, and drive accountability.
- Develop and drive programs and related processes that accelerate the teams' ability to scale across Secure Power's global & regional commercial organizations. Example initiatives are:
- Manage the Bi-Monthly Resource call, focused on delivering the latest information, tools, and capabilities to commercial teams across the globe; drive animation to increase content take-up.
- Manage the team's SE-facing SharePoint portal with a focus on making it easier for account teams to find relevant information to support their customers' query or challenge. Support content owners to ensure content is tailored to its target audience and is user friendly.
- Transform team successes into impactful internal Case Studies that can be shared and replicated by other account teams.
- Structure and drive an aligned approach to inject sustainability into existing Sales Enablement functions, both globally and regionally.
- Develop and drive the launch and subsequence maintenance of a transversal Secure Power Strategy SharePoint page as part of the wider team's Program Management Center (PMC). Page to include Sustainability LOBx, Sustainability Account Development, Strategy Transformation, EMRC, and Market & Customer Insights. Transversal program initiatives may change over time and will occupy no more than 15% the role's scope.
Required skills/characteristics:- You are a highly motivated, strategic thinking self-starter, with laser attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset. Proven ability to ability to manage numerous priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong communication, animation, and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and leverage relationships to deliver results.
- You excel at identifying and leveraging interdependencies across complex programs & related projects.
- You are uber passionate about Sustainability and helping SE continue to raise the bar on how we help our customers set and reach their goals.
Preferred Professional experience:- 3+ years' experience within a Schneider Electric commercial organization: Sales, Sales Enablement, Business Development, Operations, and/or Program Management.
- 2+ years' experience the Digital Infrastructure Industry, with at least basic knowledge of how SE Solutions help owners/operators of digital infrastructures.
- 2+ years' experience driving sustainably initiatives focused on delivering impact to customers.
